Drawing on many years of experience in design and project execution, the author has published Volume 8: Stelle e bordure a reticello, continuing the exploration of accessible reticello techniques.
This album-style book, with 72 pages and presented in three languages, delves into the intricate art of reticello.
In the introduction, the author explains the inspiration behind the "stars" mentioned in the title. The book then meticulously analyzes the structure and motifs each unique of the ten stars and the edges that form the corridors featured in the first section.
The ideal descriptions are complemented by diagrams, drawings, and scans, providing a comprehensive guide. As always, the book includes the Escola de Pontos section, and in the final part, showcases variations of stars in different colors and on various fabrics, embroidered by different students.
