Payment & Sales Policy
After submitting your order and choosing your payment method, you will receive an order confirmation and your order will be prepared.
Most customers prefer paying securely through the email payment link. If needed, we can also call you to complete payment over the phone.
Payment Methods
Credit Card
Credit Card: You will receive an email invoice with shipping and applicable taxes, along with a secure payment link. If you prefer, we can also call you to process your credit card manually over the phone.
PayPal
PayPal: You will receive a PayPal invoice by email with shipping and applicable taxes. Simply follow the link in the email to complete your payment securely.
Interac e-Transfer
Interac e-Transfer: You will receive an email invoice with shipping and applicable taxes, along with instructions for sending your Interac e-Transfer. Deposits are usually automatic, but a password will be provided if required.
Never send your credit/debit card information via email!
Tax Information
- Books: GST 5%
- Tools, Equipment & Threads: GST (5%) + QST (9.975%) for Quebec
- Taxes for orders outside Quebec may vary by province
- No taxes applied on orders shipped outside Canada
Shipping & Purchase Terms
- International shipping costs will be calculated and included in your final invoice
- Expedited shipping available upon request
- No minimum purchase required

Back-Orders & Availability
If any product in your order is not currently in stock, you will be notified by email before your invoice is sent.
- Products will not be placed on back-order without your explicit consent.
- Once back-ordered items become available, you will be notified before shipment.
- You may choose to wait for back-ordered items, modify your order, or cancel the unavailable items at no charge.
